This is a 1980 instructional brochure that United Features Syndicate sent to all newspapers that were carrying Peanuts at the time.  It contained materials printing a four-color Peace on Earth one-panel Peanuts comic, as well as thirty different Peanuts panels, intended to be published one per day, so that the paper could remind readers how many shopping days remained until Christmas. 

I have no idea how rare this item might be. While Peanuts ran in (if I recall correctly) about two thousand newspapers at this time, how many staff members would think about saving this item?
