This is a reverse glass mezzotint made in 1807. Published by W.B. Walker and P.Stampa. Walker and Stamp both have displays in museums and are highly sought after. Some of these include the British Museum, The Museum of Modern Art and the New York Historical Society. Most of the work these artists have published were done separately.
The process of making the mezzotint were done by the publishers mentioned,  however the actual art or print looks more like it was done by
P. Mutoni (possibly)
The glass itself measures to approx. 14.5H X 11W inches, the frame 18.5H X 15W.
Its title is "Christ Raising Lazarus from the Dead" Inscribed "Published Dec r 20th 1807. By W.B. Walker 4 Fox & Knot Court, Cow Lane London and P. Stampa No 74 Leather Lane, Holborn"
The frame is old with a crackled age to it, however I don't think is original as the piece does'nt  fit properly, as you can see in the photos.
The glass needs cleaning. By the photos you see the base colors applied on the opposite side of the print. I did take the glass out of the frame for the photos. I replaced the glass and back panel with tac nails, very gently and will include what nails that are original.
Overall the piece is amazing. The colors really pop when in direct light. Very brilliant tones after 225 years.
