To find the drivers on the Magewell website, search for xi104xusb, then in the search results, click the top link. Then download the driver pack from that page. I know it's not the "right" product, but that's the only way I can find to download the driver pack for the first generation of Magewell Capture cards. Once downloaded, extract all, then find the Xi400DE-HDMI folder and run the installer in there.

We pack orders carefully, using lots of new and lightly used packing materials. This includes bubble wrap, cardboard honeycomb, air pillows, brown paper, and typically, brand new boxes. No Styrofoam peanuts...ever! 

Shipping carriers include USPS and UPS. If you have a PO BOX, please include your street address as well. USPS orders will be sent to your PO BOX and UPS orders to your street address, but we do need to know both in order to figure out the best shipping method.
