This is a vintage portable phonograph likely from the late 1940s and is battery operated with dual speed capabilities to switch from playing 78's and 33 1/3's. Several picture searches lead me to believe that it may be an HMV, His Master's Voice model that is unmarked. It has a similar arm with a Turner Company phonograph that we also have listed. The phonograph is designed to play records and is perfect for collectors of vintage audio equipment.
The phonograph/ record player is in solid shape with good moveable parts, good knobs, solid case with good latches and hinges with a weathered leather handle.
This is untested due to having a battery style plug and sold As-Is as a rare collectible.
