For sale is a hardcover set of “The Lord of the Rings,” trilogy by J. R. R. Tolkien.  Includes all three novels in the Lord of the Rings saga: “The Fellowship of the Ring,” “The Two Towers,” and “The Return of the King,” all featuring covers illustrated by Alan Lee.  All three books still have the foldout maps attached at the back of each book.  The dust jacket’s for Fellowship has some wrinkling around the top edge and a small tear near the top of the spine.  There’s also a spot on the top page edge where the book glue is globed from the spine.  Page edges show a few smudges.  “Two Towers” has some wrinkling at the top and bottom of the jacket’s spine and a couple smudges on the page edges.  “Return of the King” has slight wrinkling around the top edge of the jacket and the top and bottom of the spine.  There are a few smudges/stains on the top page edges.  Overall, this set is in very good condition.
