Important: if you received a damaged figurine. Please, record a video while unpacking the parcel. This video is necessary as proof if the item is damaged during delivery. Refunds cannot be processed without this video. For minor damages that can be easily repaired with glue, returns will not be accepted. Instead, you may receive a partial refund of the item price or a replacement for the broken part. The figurine is delivered partially assembled (unassembled kit) for compactness and to reduce the risk of damage during shipping. For stability, it is necessary to use glue(super glue / hot glue / two-component epoxy glue). If these are not available, you can use a universal glue suitable for plastic.
Refund Policy: For returns without a technical issue, refunds will include the item price only, excluding delivery costs. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, without further damage.

The figure is sent partially disassembled for more reliable transportation. These parts can be easily glued together with regular superglue.

Care: dust can be removed with a soft brush, accidental dirt with a damp cloth. Do not usedetergents, as well as alcohol, acetone, plastic thinner, varnish thinner!
