IR Remote: The Pioneer CD-R55 wireless remote control gives you control of select Pioneer in-dash AV receivers (AVIC, AVH, MVH, NEX series) in the palm of your hand. You can also control some Pioneer DVD players and TV tuners.

Note: The Pioneer in-dash AV receiver must have a front-panel IR receiver. Not Pioneer receivers are IR compatible.

Operation Switch: You can operate multiple components at once, using the 3-way switch on the right side of the remote:

Battery: The CD-R55 operates on a 3-volt CR2025 Lithium battery (included).
