Item Description
We have taken all our aluminium wheel know-how and put it in the high
performing package. EX 1700 SPLINE wheels are based on our famous 36t
RATCHET hubs combining it with a super strong and welded 30 mm wide
aluminium rim. The rim profile is designed to withstand the hardest use
of Enduro racing while still keeping the weight low for long and
demanding uphills. Laced to double butted competition straightpull
spokes, the EX 1700 SPLINE wheels are built to take a beating.
Equipped with 21mm high and 35mm wide, tubeless ready aluminum rims with an internal width of 30mm, DT competition® spokes, 6 bolt disc mount in and 350s based with 36T ratchet system.
SPLINE® ONE Technology
Each SPLINE® ONE wheel has to cope with extreme stresses, be as light as possible and still endure years of hard trail use without any issues. Wide, lightweight rims, a simple tubeless setup and super-light, straight-pull hubs make this possible.
Straightpull Technology
The term straightpull refers to spokes with no bend at the head. This design allows for an ideal strength to weight ratio when compared to conventional spokes. Due to their more precise alignment and direct trajectory, straight-pull spoke technology creates a stiffer, more responsive wheel.
DT Pro Lock® Technology
A patented liquid injected into the nipple thread allows for extremely durable wheel builds.
SBWT® Welded Rim
The welding process creates the most precise, lightweight and strong rim connection possible. After welding, the seam is smoothened to guarantee a perfect tire fit.

Fitwheels knows how to fit wheel.. We know that listening to our customers is the first step in the wheel building process. Each rider has different needs based on physiology, application, environmental conditions, and budget constraints. All custom wheel builds begin with a customer interview to help us understand the rider, how his or her wheels will be used, riding conditions ,budget range and technical requirements. We use this information to help select the most appropriate component specifications for each rider.
Wheels are shipped in a custom wheel box, insuring that they will arrive to you safe-and-sound. This builder allows you to build a complete wheel set, or a single front/rear wheel if desired.
