Double sealed for outdoor or domestic traffic area use. Food grade neoprene seals form part of the internal frame meaning this drain cover is odour proof.
2x neoprene seals provide a dirt and debris barrier and help to cushion the tray when lifting and reciting.
Tested for loading and safety to 12.5 tonnes. Ready to keep any outdoor area looking its best without worry.
Our aluminium manhole covers are specifically made to allow you to continue your garden design project without the need to have an unsightly metal manhole cover spoil your finished design. Can be used with blocks, timber, slabs, paving, tiles the list is endless. Once installed all you will see is the edges of the cover and the lifting corners in a sliver/grey finish. Double sealed aluminium manhole covers are sold with recessed tray, frame, reinforcement mesh, 2x keys and cover caps.
Lifting keys have threaded ends to allow for a secure and easy lift when required. Please note double sealed manhole covers are kept in place by the weight of the trays infill, any provided screws under the corner caps are to stop dirt and debris from entering the lifting key area.
When replacing your manhole/access cover please be sure to measure the aperture size (hole) and the overall size (with the frame) to be sure to check against the measurements supplied.
Our standard depth access overs are 60mm including the frame. The in tray depth is 48mm giving you plenty of room for your infill later and your flooring finish.
