Antique 1910-20 painted carved wood millinery or hat makers head. Original surface, has holes on base where it was mounted to a hat makers bench. Life size head, 12” tall. Splits and age cracks, paint is just wonderful, note the wavy carved hair and front teeth. Out of a south east estate. Just pure industrial folk art at its best.
