Condition is used very good.

No damage and mostly pretty clean.

This has some dirt marks in places, mainly on the roof.

One minor point to mention is the top middle roof pole on the front canopy goes through the fly mesh at the front of the tent. This was done by the previous owner in order to attach the front canopy. See pictures. Doesn’t affect use.

The tent measures 4.6m deep x 4.1m wide

The front canopy adds an extra 1.5m of shelter.
