We can’t tell you much about this third generation, 64GB iPad except that it boots up, appears to hold a good charge, features W-Fi has a nice screen.  But it had been reset so it requires a passcode.  

But if you want to take a stab at a workaround and fully restore this iPad, here’s your chance. At the very least, it’s good for working parts and screen.  Uses a 30-pin power connection (not included).
