WARRANTY
Bothwell Canopy Limited Warranty: Bothwell Canopy provides 24 months of material and/or structure as well as spare parts (Locks, Gas Struts, Hinges, Bolts) from the date of purchase. Products (including parts) found by Bothwell Canopy to be defective or faults raised within the warranty period are to be returned to Bothwell Canopy warehouse. Bothwell Canopy will not be responsible for any return to base costs. Products repaired or altered by third parties outside Bothwell Canopy are not covered by this warranty.
If the products are deemed to be faulty or defective due to defective workmanship or materials Bothwell Canopy at their discretion will either:
- Repair the product using new or re-furbished parts of an equivalent standard.
- Exchange the product with a product of similar condition, performance and reliability of the original or refund the purchase price of the product. Where the product was sold as a package or as part of a kit – Bothwell Canopy will only fulfill its warranty obligation on the defective product only.
The parts that we supply are intended for installation by qualified installers. Warranty will be void due to improper installation. The warranty period only starts from the date of purchase, and it will not restart after we send you a replacement product.
RETURN & REFUNDS
Customer feedback is very important to us, we strive to rectify any problem as soon as possible.
- Damaged In Transit: Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives and notify us via email if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you have not received the item that you ordered, please notify us via email. If we have sent the incorrect item by mistake, we will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem. If customers have purchased the item by mistake or has a change of mind the item can be sent back, however a 15% restocking fee applies. Return postage is the buyers responsibility.
- Merchandise that is discovered to be defective will be replaced, and also customers need to return defective merchandise for a refund.
