Hours of Operation: If you have any questions or doubt, please contact us through eBay messages Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 2 pm.  Our store is closed on weekends.

Purchases: If you purchase after 12 pm Friday your product will probably be sent out on Monday.  We will do our best to ship it asap.

Shipping:  We use USPS, UPS or Fedex in the Lower 48 States in the Continental USA.  Please understand that we do not control their deliveries.  We pack and ship same day or next day depending on the time.  If USPS, UPS or Fedex do not deliver on time please contact us immediately .  Please DO NOT leave us negative feedback for their issues.  We only ship to PayPal Verified Addresses.  We will determine which carrier to use at the time of shipping.  We International shipping is required, please contact us.  We do not pay for customs nor do we file international paperwork required by customs.  International customer is fully responsible for all charges including but not limited to shipping, customs, duties etc. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns or exchanges.
