Our Shipping Policy:

Free shipping is only included for all orders to be delivered within the lower contiguous 48 states with the exception of PO Boxes and APO addresses. PO Boxes and APO addresses must purchase the USPS Priority shipping option.

We ship via USPS & FedEx, unless stated otherwise. 

We process shipments within 2 business days, Monday-Friday. If you purchase an item Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will go out on the following Monday or Tuesday. However, delays may occur at any time so please understand if it takes slightly longer than that.

We package our items carefully with bubble wrap, peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. In the case that your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately. All shipping claims must be submitted and approved by the carrier (USPS & FedEx) before a refund can be issued. Typically, USPS & FedEx will pick up the item and packaging for inspection.If you have any questions please message us through eBay.

In the case a buyer from outside the contiguous 48 states requests a return or refund, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the return label.

Pickup orders: If you would like to pick up your order, please mark your item for pickup shipping and then contact us. We do require at least 1 business day prior to your preferred pick up time.

If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you.

Please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist. Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for a replacement(pending availability) or full refund. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us.Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Problems caused by user error are not covered under this warranty, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the return label if they would like a replacement or refund.
