Scarce VTG 1976 Mego Micronauts Green Action Figure - FOR PARTS or REPAIR - READ

Original owner. In storage for years.

Missing white plastic hands! Hands are NOT included!

Needs rubber band replaced! Figure is in 2 separate pieces! I do NOT see a screw to take figure apart to replace band! So not sure how to do it, or if it is possible. Please see photos.

Shows lots of wear, has missing paint.

Against, this needs repair or could be used for parts!
