Most importantly I want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.  I do accept returns and will happily resolve any problems you may encounter. 

For UK buyers I accept Paypal or personal cheques/postal orders and will combine postage costs where possible.  You are also welcome to collect from the LE3 area of Leicester.  For international buyers I accept Paypal only.    

I have lots of experience of packing breakables and your item will be packed carefully to ensure its safe arrival.  I use bubble wrap with additional protective packaging and always box my breakable items.  In the unfortunate and hopefully unlikely event that your item arrives damaged I will ensure that you are refunded in full.

There is a general dispatch time of up to 3 working days (often less)  for standard deliveries.
