This fossilized turtle shell was found by me in the Lowcountry area of South Carolina. It was then shaped, polished, and made into a pendant. Pendant comes with silver plated chain to be worn as a necklace.

***NOTE: The chain provided with the sale fits perfectly through the bail. I have had issues recently where buyers have tried to force a larger chain of their own through the bail, causing the bail to pop off from applying too much pressure, or have complained that the bail doesn’t take a larger chain. Again, the necklace is already complete and is not made to take a larger chain. I have also had a buyer drop the pendant on a tile floor and the bail popped off. She contacted me and I responded with what glue to use to fix it, then she left a negative review because, in her opinion, I was “too condescending”. I am not responsible for user error nor here to coddle your feelings. The bail can be reapplied with E6000 glue or something similar. I make these pendants because I enjoy doing it as a hobby and it brings me joy; it is not my full time job, and I will not have people ruining it for me because they choose to mishandle the pendant. I wish I did not have to make this disclaimer, but I have received too much flak recently. I have a pendant that I made for myself that I have been wearing on and off for the last year and have never had an issue.***
