Using special equipment, we can preempt troublesome air baking at optimum temperature and time, which cannot be achieved at home. This process removes machine oil and increases the adhesion between the base material and the plating, making it more rust-resistant and longer-lasting. After purchase, the surface can be used with only a light wipe clean. If you wish, you can do air-baking before using the product in order to let the oil blend in, which will make it easier to release the mold.
The more you use it, the more it releases its shape and the more rust-resistant it becomes.

*Bread molds and pound molds are manufactured by folding. Therefore, even if it is a regular item, there is always a gap in the corner. If you are using rice flour dough or dough with a high moisture content, there is a possibility that it may leak, but in that case we recommend using a padding paper.
