Before You Buy

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: I can’t connect to the internet after activation

- Make sure your eSIM is selected as your active data line:

Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → Select eSIM

- Turn on Data Roaming

- Check for signal bars:

-  Bars = connected to a tower

-  No Signal = restart your device to refresh the connection

- If signal exists but no data, try manually selecting a network

- Disable any VPN settings

- Toggle the eSIM off/on

- First-time connection may take a few minutes to an hour

Q: I can’t install my eSIM

- Make sure your device is unlocked and supports eSIM

- Ensure a strong internet connection during installation

- Avoid firewalls or restricted networks

- Confirm the QR code hasn’t already been scanned by another device

Q: I still have data left but can’t access the internet

- You may have used up your allowance—data usage isn’t always tracked in real time

- Check usage in Settings → Cellular → Data Usage

Q: What if I accidentally delete my eSIM?

- Try reinstalling using the original QR code

- If deleted after activation, a new eSIM purchase may be required
