This is a sale for a 100% original Program for the Michigan Wolverines at the University of Illinois Fighting Illini Badgers for the 1947 tilt of THE GAME. This program is in GOOD  PLUS condition.

This PROGRAM is INCREDIBLY SIGNIFICANT for a multitude of reasons:

     * Michigan went on to win the 1947 (and later 1948) National Championship!!!

     * The program features 1947 and future All-Americans: Bob Chappuis (consensus), Bob Mann, Len Ford, Bruce Hilkene, Dominic Tomasi, JT White, Dick Kempthorn & Bump Elliott, etc  (UM) as well 2x AA and 1948 Consensus Alex "Lou" Agase and Ike Owens & Herbert Siegert (IL)

Before I delve into the flaws, let me share the great things about the condition. The original staples are solidly holding all pages including the cover & center pages. The program is unscored with no writing too!!!! And all pages are accounted for, a must!!!

The cover has soiling/staining and the slight right of center line fold creases are the most notable flaw, pictures are the official description of condition and my price reflects this fact. Please see pix.
