This is a “chili oil you can eat,” featuring Momoya’s own vividly colored chili oil with a moderate heat, blended with plenty of fragrant fried garlic and fried onion for a crunchy texture and deep umami rather than intense spiciness. Each batch of fried garlic and onion is carefully fried by hand rather than by machine, giving a uniquely crisp texture and toasty aroma that turns simple foods like plain rice or chilled tofu into highly flavorful dishes.

Canola oil (made in Japan), fried garlic, sesame oil, chili peppers, fried onion, sugar, salt, chili miso (contains soybeans), paprika, ground sesame, onion powder, powdered soy sauce (contains wheat), powdered chili miso / flavor enhancer (amino acids).
