If you receive a damaged item in the mail keep ALL of the packaging and contents take several photos of the item and its packaging. Open a claim here on eBay and message the photos to me so I can begin the claims process. USPS requires me to present the item at the post office in person to be eligible for a claim. You will need to mail ALL contents back including damaged packaging. USPS will destroy the item should your claim be approved. I do not allow for buyers to keep an item and get a refund. Should you open a "damaged item" claim you will be ineligible to keep the item. Be sure to leave the Tag on the item.
