Bloomsbury 1997. True First Edition by JK Rowling. One of only 200 original examples sent to bookshops. Few of these original books survived due to attrition thru use and loss. This true first edition with comes with Daniel Radcliffe's wand as actually used in the films.

First published in Great Britain 1997, Thomas Taylor illustrated and with number line. The book was laminated hardback as issued, no jacket, minor scuffing to corners, colours true, no fading. No restoration, read a few times with evidence of this with various minor marks on pages throughout the book, in near fine condition overall considering how few survived. The previous owners name is on the ffep and was bought directly Blackwell's Bookshop in 1997 and in a private collection until resold to my client to whom I'm selling several of his non-Tolkien rare books.

I sold Tolkien film promotions in the 2000's, but this is the first time I've handled an actual film prop which the client will only sell with the first edition book. It comes with a certificate of authenticity by the original seller, the Prop Store a leading seller of collectibles, who sold it on behalf of one of the film crew. I will provide my own company COA as well. One of several wands designed and produced just for Daniel Radcliff. Each actor had their own custom designed wands (as per the script). It was used in the films Prisoner of Azkaban to Deathly Hollows Part 1. Note, this is the original manufactured wand, not a copy or fake. It's made from faux-wood resign by the movie production team. Daniel Radcliff and the others used several different wands depending on the scene action. Those that produced lightning hand a slightly different unique design. The action scenes he uses a thicker wand. This one is one of the close up wands. If you study the scenes and freeze the film, you can clearly see the different styles and this wand in particular.

This is the most iconic prop of the Harry Potter films and used by main actor. The future value to collector fans is limitless.
