These Men's "Apt 9" Size 40, Plaza Taupe (Beige), Premier Flex, Flex Waistband, Stretch Shorts are a great find.  Fabric content is:  98% Cotton and 2% Spandex.  Measurements (taken while item is lying flat) are:  Waist - 40", Inseam - 10".  They have a button/zipper closure along with 8 belt loops around the waistband.  They have two angled, side entry pockets in the front with a smaller pocket just below the waistband on the right side.  In the back are two inset pockets, each one having a button closure.  The inside waistband is a 1 1/2" wide flat elastic that will stretch a little to give you some extra comfort when moving.  They do have a little spandex in them as well for added comfort while wearing.  Nice looking shorts, could wear with many different colored shirts and look great.   MSRP is $48.
