I design all of my own CNC cut/folded brackets, and they come straight from the cnc workshop. Therefore they can have minor surface marks etc.
So if a mirror finish (on stainless items), or painted/powder coated finish is required, unless the pictures or listing state the item is powder coated then this is up to you to do if required.
None of my brackets are load tested in any way, nor are they e marked or approved for road or any use etc. I accept no liability for any injuries caused to anyone from my items or fitting them, nor do I accept claims for any damages caused in relation to the items I sell.
I am more than happy to accept returns, however for items bought in error, or listings not read properly etc, they are to be returned at the buyers expense not mine.
In the unlikely event of a damaged item, or not as described etc, or something that is my fault, I am more than willing to cover return costs.
If returning an item it is vital it is as well packaged as it came, and with all the parts it came with. Ebay user name and sale date, must be included in the package clearly and reason for return.
