This is a signed copy of Applause Is Not Enough.  This is from a very limited series, which is numbered in roman numerals.  From the author's site, "... ten are signed with Roman Numeral i through x.  This is poster xii.  I acquired this from the estate of Rhonda Taggart who commissioned the work for the Iowa Alliance for Arts Education.
