NOTE:  The rubber drums on these used spindles are a wear item.  That means that over time the rubber drum can get scratch marks and can be slightly deformed from sanding.  Rubber drums are easily located from various manufacturers.  The value in the spindle is due to the fact that these are hard to find anymoie because they are no longer produced.  I do not offer a refund because you don't like the condition of the rubber drum
