This is a nice, original savings book for the  State Bank of Platteville, Wisconsin belonging to one Jacob Karrmann. Jacob Karrmann was born in Saarbrucken, Saarsland, Germany, a manufacturer and dealer in boots and shoes, a trade he learned in Germany before he immigrated in 1866. He lived a year in Pottsville, PA and a few months in Galena, IL before moving to Platteville in 1867.

Measures 3.5" x 5.5" 

There is some mild surface discoloration and some wear at edges of sleeve, small tears and crease.
