Longines' Conquest V.H.P. which stands for Very High Precision, combines high technicality, innovation and modern aesthetic to reach new heights in quartz-based watchmaking, this time in GMT form. It features a 43 mm stainless steel case that holds a black sunray dial with a concentric circular pattern under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It also has darkened steel and luminescent obelisk hands, applied indices, and Arabic numerals at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions. A bordered date window is located at the 3 o'clock position adjacent to its protected smart crown wherein controls for time-setting can be minimally operated minute by minute or hour by hour. It is also equipped with a perpetual calendar that no longer requires correcting the date. Contrasting red and white accents are evident via the dial texts, seconds hand and 24-hour hand with time zone mechanism (GMT), dial illustrations for home and travel time, date/date border, and 24-hour scale. Fitted with a stainless steel bracelet and secured with a triple safety folding clasp and push-piece opening mechanism. This watch also features a solid caseback engraved with Longines' old winged hourglass logo with the Ernest Francillon & Compagnie signature (EFCo). Encased within is an extremely precise Swiss quartz GMT movement capable of automatically resetting/correcting the hands in case of shock or exposure to a magnetic field and is water-resistant up to 50 meters/165 feet.
