These are new, but have been in storage.  Some have slight surface rust from being in storage as shown in picture.  They are pretty heavy duty wheels.  That are rubber, not plastic.  You will receive 5 casters.  Wheels are about 2".  The stem is 3/8" wide and 7/8" long.
