Single Decade Rosary

The circular-style single decade rosary has a silver-toned 1" centerpiece that has the full color image of Our Lady of La Leche on the front and a silver-toned Madonna & Child image on the back. The 1-3/4" silver-toned crucifix has a lily design on the cross. The center was handmade in France, the crucifix in Italy, and the chaplet itself was designed and handmade by me in our home in the USA. 

The fifteen beads are all 8 mm.  The two Our Father beads are white faux pearls. The 13 Hail Mary beads are genuine Czech glass, faceted and fire-polished, in alternating dark aqua blue and aurora borealis crystal.

Our Lady of La Leche, also known as Our Lady of the Milk and Happy Delivery, dates back to a 4th century grotto in Jerusalem.  She is known for her intercession for infertile couples and expectant mothers with difficult pregnancies.  She is the patron saint of motherhood. The National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche in Florida was the first shrine dedicated to the Blessed Mother in the USA.

The prayer cards which come with our rosaries, medals and pictures are home-made, created using a "greeting card" program on a computer and printed in full color on nice quality paper. Although they are not like the usual smaller professionally printed prayer cards, most of our customers prefer them since they are like a pamphlet with 4 "pages" and several images, prayers, patronages and often other information about the saint or Catholic devotion.
