Hi pot tested. At 7.5KV it was less than 5uA leakage. But just over 8KV it failed and tripped hi pot tester test. Last picture to show it weighs almost 7lbs. It’s heavy. I added extra charge. Big roll of the heavy duty bubble wrap is not cheap.
