Vintage Plastic Curtains New Old Stock 5 Piece Cottage Set Ruffled Maytex Mills USA.  The set contains a ruffled top, two sashes, and two tie backs. The picture on the package shows another panel, but the package lists only the five items.  This item was sourced from a general store in eastern Kentucky. The items inside the unsealed package (it is not sealed - just has a flap closure) may be dusty/soiled.  I did not remove the items from the package.  Thanks!
