This appears to be a game used or practice bat, tape near end still in tact and it has scuff marks and pine tar, see pictures.  

Joyner used the c243 bats with his own autograph 

 I do not have any authentication, but autograph matches the branded autograph, see pictures.

Also this came from the estate sale of the family of a former MLB player, and his son-in-law just kept adding to the collection after he passed away (it was a fun estate sale). They obviously had access to lots of players.
