We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Conditions for Return:
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
Return Shipping:
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Return Approval:
We reserve the right to inspect the returned item and to decline a return if it does not meet the above conditions. In some cases, we may reject a return at our discretion.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products in line with Australian Consumer Law. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults that occur under normal use.
Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase.
Coverage: Manufacturing defects or faults. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Claims: If an issue arises, please contact us with your proof of purchase and details of the fault. We may request photos or other evidence.
Remedies: Depending on the fault, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
