This is a Service to repair YOUR broken Electrolux/Frigidaire Induction range after F14 error by mail in of parts after diagnostics.

You will be told which components to send and diagnostics will be performed after purchase.

This service does NOT fix physically broken glass tops.

Once fixed the repaired components will be mailed back to you to make sure they can be re-installed in your range and work like new again.

If after examination the components can not be repaired (very rare), you will be refunded the purchase price of the service, you can also be refunded the return shipping if you don't want the defective non repairable electronics back, else you still pay for the return shipping for the items that can not be repaired. 

1 Business Day Turnaround (From receipt to shipping back to you via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.)

  1. To clarify this listing does not supply an item, you supply the broken component(s) from the broken appliance and I supply the repair service on them.
  2. Buyer pays for initial shipping to us in Ottawa Canada (local drop off welcome) out of pocket outside of eBay.  Tracked postage recommended. 
  3. Return shipping to you is pre-paid as part of the eBay purchase (unless local pickup is chosen)
  4. The components sent in must be complete, with damaged items in their original locations.
  5. Components that have previous repair attempts on them will definitely require an additional $40 charge to process if we opt to attempt the repair.


After purchasing the service please contact us with your Electrolux/AEG/Kenmore appliance Model Number, Symptoms and any error codes so we can assess whether the components will be serviceable and what you may need to send in.  If you purchased and the components can't be repaired after the assessment via messages you'll be refunded fully and promptly, so don't worry about just losing money.

The whole process step by step:


You buy this service on eBay (which includes return shipping cost).


You send us your model number, symptoms, error codes (and any relevant pictures if you wish) for assessment.


If fixable we will send you the shipping address and disassembly tips and possibly even a service manual via eBay.


If the issue is not fixable you get refunded at this point and the process stops.
You remove the requested components from your appliance and take pictures (for yourself) of all wiring before you disconnect internal components.  Don't forget to unplug it/turn off the breaker.

You ship to the provided address, send us the tracking info if you have it.  US buyers please use customs declaration of $14USD and reason for export "repair".

    Returns/Refunds:

    - If you have a problem with a repaired component within 360 days of delivery (which is rare) please reach out to, we will do some basic troubleshooting and if the board is the issue you will need to ship it back to me in most cases for examination and then correction or refund at my discretion.  We do not issue refunds without being allowed to examine the failed component; this is to prevent fraud, to diagnose the failure point, and in some cases to warranty failed components.
