This is Red Star v1 released by Hasbro in 1991 in the 10th series as part of the Oktober Guard Sub-Team. Figure looks very nice with few signs of age although the o-ring is loose. Comes with hat, backpack, hand cannon, missile, rifle and file card.
With all loose G. I. Joe figures I am willing to change the o-ring out for you at no additional charge at your request.
