HY-100B duplex vibration solid density tester
Chapter I Purpose
Scale cylinder equipped with powder or particles is fixed on the mechanical vibration device, vibration motor drives the mechanical vibration device vertical up and down vibration, the scale cylinder equipped with powder or particles with mechanical vibration device and beat vibration, with the increase of the vibration times, the powder or particles gradually vibration, the vibration of the set number of times, the mechanical vibration device stop vibration, the calibration cylinder, read the volume of the density, the mass divided by volume, to find the solid powder or particle density.
Vibration solid density tester by counting system, control system, driving mechanism, actuator, micro printer and ancillary spare parts, with simple operation, durable, accurate test, suitable for non-metal powder, metal powder, pharmaceutical, chemical, battery, abrasive and scientific research and teaching fields, is the ideal instrument of powder industry vibration density test.
