Grade Guide:  The plastic shield around the figure and coin has yellowed.  Creases in 3 out of 4 of the corners. These creases go though the card on both sides. See close up pictures. There is also a sticker on the front of the card from "Toys R us" and there is a small dent in the center of the back of the card.  Comes with a protective shield.
