With this set of wheel spacers and 220mm brake disc, these models:

2002-2013 CR125/CRF250 wheel (1.85"wide rim)
2002-2012 CR250/CRF450 wheel (2.15" wide rim)
The brake disc is the stock 220mm size, custom made to fit the 2002+ CR / CRF wheels.
