Standard couriers are used for smaller items.
Remote UK areas (Highlands, NI, Islands) may incur a surcharge.
International buyers are responsible for all local taxes & duties.
Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to courier or customs issues.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.
Haulage Deliveries (Large / Heavy Items)
Delivered kerbside on a pallet (driver not obliged to move items into your property).
The haulage company will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Please check goods on arrival before signing. If damaged, sign as DAMAGED and contact us immediately.
Missed delivery = redelivery fee charged by the haulage company.
Product Information & Returns
Sizes and weights are approximate; colours may vary.
Metal may rust; bronze items need care if outdoors.
Handmade items may show slight variations in colour, finish, or size this is part of their unique character, not a defect.
Returns must be in original packaging with order details, sent via an insured courier.
