If you have received a damaged poster 

We will reprint it at our expense. To do this, you must send us at least 3 pictures:

1- A picture of the damaged packaging with the delivery label;
2- A close-up picture of the damage(s) on the poster;
3- A picture of the complete poster (unrolled).

If for some reason the package is lost in transit

We will reprint the order and send you (at our expense) a new order as soon as possible.
