This is a vintage Starburst metal electric clock from Mastercrafters. It is model 128. I had this plugged in for several days and only lost several minutes. The metal has a gold finish. The metal is metallic and not brass. I do not see any wear or rust on the metal. I measured it as 25" across at it longest points. There is a light in the back to provide a backlight.
