A fantastic miniature Ruddy Turnstone by Wallace O'Neal IV of Currituck County, North Carolina. Mr. O'Neal was a talented carver and decoy maker and made miniature decoys years ago. Mounted on a piece of wood for a base and the bird measures 1 1/8" x 4.5" and in good condition.
