comes as a DIY kit with full instructions and step by step guide. A shop and house put together, what else could you want? This Georgian dolls house comes with 5 rooms, plus a large shop and hallways on the upper floors. Windows are featured on each of the side walls, with dormer windows in the roof. The front sports a beautiful shop front with a pre-hung wooden door as well as a house front with an alternative styled wooden door, also readymade and pre hung. Both doors feature a fan light for added elegance.

Rooms are 375mm deep.
Made using high quality MDF boarding. 9mm thick for the main components of the house and 6mm thick for the back and roof. The house comes with stair treads and external doors and windows. Internal components are available on request and at an additional cost.
