This is new old stock from Mr. Bill's Hardware which closed in the early 1980s. The Inventory sat inside the store, virtually untouched all these years. The owners recently passed, and the family has been liquidating the store contents. Many items were packaged for individual sale, but many of the bags have degraded over the years, but the contents remained in new condition.
