The benefits of using Famaco Decapant  -  Use with care

Famaco Decapant is a surface stripper used in the care and restoration of damaged leather to take the leather surface back to its original form before colour and patina established through leather processing.

Highly toxic and flamable must be used with care and keep out of reach of children, safety lid on product.  For the best results when dying leather from one colour to another decapant should be used, wear gloves.

We suggest using on a hidden area so you feel confident using the product and retoring, recommended for professional use.

How to apply:

.  Shake the bottle thoroughly.

.  Wear gloves.  Available on website.

.  Apply the product to a cloth or sponge and apply to leather, making sure the targeted area is damp from the cleaner, with a circular motion lift the dirt cleaning your sponge or cloth as you go.

.  When surface looks even from removal of former polish, leave to dry.

.  Do not dry leather infront of a heater, leave to dry naturally.

The leather will look washed out and free of its former surface ready for applying liquid dye or dye cream or simply restore by building up polish layers.
