How To Wash
1. Comb your hair with a wide-tooth comb.

2. Wash your hair extensions with sulfate free conditioner.

3. Wash your hair by holding gently. Do not rub your hair.

4. Comb your hair extensions with a wide-tooth comb from the bottom to the top of the hair extensions.

5. Gently hold the hair with your hand and squeeze.

6. Beat the hair with a towel.



    1.Separate the hair into two sections

2.Take a wisp of equal or slightly less and the hair bundle of hair


3.Grab the sectioned hair with the hook


4.Pull the hair through the fusion ring


5.Place the ring about 1/2 inch from the scalp


6.Insert the i tip hair in the ring


7.Tightly close the ring


8. Finished the first piece try more

   RETURNS & REFUNDS:
       We generally accept return and refund requests if:
· The product arrives damage, 
· The product is faulty (Not functioning as user manual indicates, missing parts, hazard potentials, etc.), and
· Change of mind or unauthorized purchases (Please be advised that although eBay will accept change of mind return requests automatically, you will still be charged for returning freight.) If the product arrived opened or used when we receive, you may be charged more.
· Refund is done via Paypal Only, even though the original payment is done with Credit Card, due to eBay policies. We don't accept any offline refund request.
     Please note that we only approve return and refund requests within 15 days of arrival, due to the storage consideration. We highly recommend checking the product immediately when arrival.

According to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commision , the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind,decided you
did not use for it.
Hence, change for mind and attempted delivery return refunds will have a 20% restocking fee and a postage cost which is $10.95 deliverie fee we were paid.
Furthermore, reshipment for domestic deliveries (deliveries within Australia) incur a $10.95 additional fee.
