●About the Product

A flavorful yakisoba noodle made with mild-tasting Otafuku Okonomi Sauce.

Straight, medium-thick noodles with a firm texture and little shrinkage, made using our unique manufacturing process.The thick sauce blends well with the noodles, giving them a raw noodle-like texture.

The mild sauce, jointly developed with Otafuku Sauce Co., Ltd. with a sweet taste of fruits and vegetables, is combined with the savory flavors of stir-fried sauce and vegetables.

Cabbage, a standard ingredient in yakisoba, is used as an ingredient.An optional furikake (sprinkled on top of the noodles) made from aosa seaweed, dried bonito flakes, dried sardines, and mackerel flakes is included.
